What the service is

PaletteDesk is a web tool for generating, customizing, and exporting color palettes. The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Using the service

You may use PaletteDesk for personal and commercial projects free of charge. You may not use the service for anything unlawful or anything that harms the service or other users, including automated traffic aimed at disrupting it.

Your palettes and exported files

The color palettes you create and the files you export belong to you. PaletteDesk claims no rights over the color combinations or files you generate.

Data and storage

No account is required to use the palette generator — your whole configuration (colors, theme, background, fonts) is stored in the page URL itself, not on a server. We don't store your palettes on a backend unless you explicitly use a feature that says so.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party resources, for example to load fonts. Use of those resources is governed by the relevant provider's own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaletteDesk is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
